Before we came into the picture, this was a small local coffee-themed event in Panorama Shopping Centre. You want changes? We can give it to you. The local event was moved to a new space and transformed into Vilnius Coffee Festival, adding a new vibe to it. Our management team totally rearranged the venue in Loftas and produced a result that might have seemed impossible at first. Trading zones, presentation spaces, a championship, performances, logistics, tickets, guest arrivals and numerous other wonderful but powerful details.
